A Special Prayer Request

A special family needs our prayers right now... An angel in Texas, Kenzie Stanfield, was admitted into the hospital earlier this evening for preterm labor at 26 weeks with her daughter Faith Clare. She has been a prayer WARRIOR for me and my family and has been faithful in our walk with Christian from the moment she first learned of us. She lost her son, Maddox, in January to Trisomy 18...the same condition that took the life of my own son. Please pray for Kenzie and her precious little Faith Clare. I know He listens and He will wrap his loving arms around this beautiful family.

Love in Him,

Leah

Hi Leah,
I found you through the Stanfield blog, even though I live close by (Ft. Myers). I just wanted to let you know that I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your baby boy. You are in my thoughts.

Dear Leah,

I praise God that even in your own pain you are able to ask for prayer for a wonderful sister that has walked your same path.

I will pray for Kenzie and her precious little Faith.

Prayers also continue for you and Ryan. Also praising God for the miracle of Christian Dale.

I will keep her in my thoughts.

what an incredible person you are. IN your time of great sorrow, you take the time to think and pray for others. Your arms may be empty, but in a way your heart is full, not just of grief, but of love, a great love. I wish I actually knew you, I hope that those who do, remind you constantly what an unselfish person you are. You are a hero to me. May you always believe that you are not alone.

Leah & Ryan, I will be praying for little Faith intensely. I remembered how much they wrote & prayed for you & Christian. May God grant them the miracle of life for their little girl. I know God hears and loves us.

Hi Leah,

I have been praying non stop for Kenzie and baby Faith since I found out. I have been thinking of you and Ryan and praying for you guys too. I am so sorry for the emptiness left by Christian and ask God to give you the strength you need each day to get through. Praying for you and Ryan to draw closer during this time and that nothing comes between the two of you except the Lord.

Love and Hugs, Laurie in Ca.

Although I don't personally know you, you are the strongest most inspirational person I have ever known. Christian is a lucky boy to have had you, Leah and Ryan as his parents, if even for such a short time. I wish you and your family strength and hope that the future holds only happiness and health.

Leah-

Sweet friend... thank you SO MUCH for posting prayer requests for us as we spent time these last several weeks in and out of the hospital. I am so grateful for your friendship and so appreciative of you taking time to mention us when you are still going through so much of your own.

Praising God for you and your precious Christian, now spending eternity with our Lord. What an amazing promise to know that we will again see our little boys.

Love you and praying,
Kenzie
